New suspension, tire and wheel arrivals — here's what fits what, by model year

Check the model year before you check anything else. Every part below carries a year range, and a range that ends in 2023 does not cover a 2024 even if the badge on the tailgate reads the same. Match your build year to the range given here and nothing else.

Suspension first, because that's where the most arrived. The Bilstein 5100 Series Shock Set covers the N300 for model years 2016–2023. Fox 2.0 Performance Series IFP Shocks fit the JL across 2018–2026. The Icon Vehicle Dynamics Stage 2 Suspension System is for the U725, 2021–2026. King Shocks 3.0 Bypass Shock Kit spans the RAPTOR from 2010–2026 — the widest range in this batch, but still confirm your year falls inside it. On the UTV side, the SuperATV 3in Lift Kit fits the RANGER-XP for 2017–2026. Two Rough Country parts landed: the 2.5in Leveling Lift Kit for the ZR2 2017–2022, and the 3.5in Suspension Lift for the JK 2007–2018. Those two are not interchangeable and the year ranges do not overlap the way the platforms might suggest.

Tires. The BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO3 fits the JL for 2018–2026. The Falken Wildpeak A/T4W is listed for the ZR2, 2017–2022. For side-by-sides, the Maxxis Carnivore 32in fits the RZR-XP 2014–2026, the Maxxis Bighorn 2.0 fits the SPORTSMAN 2014–2026, and the SandCraft Paddle Tire Set is for the X3, 2017–2026, if you run dunes.

Wheels came in matched to several of those tires: Method Race Wheels 305 NV for the JL 2018–2026, the 401 Beadlock UTV Wheel for the RZR-XP 2014–2026, and the 703 Bead Grip Wheel for the N300 2016–2023. The Tusk Wasatch Wheel fits the SPORTSMAN 2014–2026.

Finally, armor. The ARB Summit Bull Bar is listed for the N280, 2010–2024. Pro Armor Full Doors fit the RZR-XP 2014–2026, the SuperATV Full Skid Plate fits the DEFENDER 2016–2026, and Assault Industries Rock Sliders fit the TALON 2019–2026.

One thing none of this tells you: how tight to run the fasteners, how much fluid a shock takes, or what pressure to set a new tire to. Those numbers belong to your machine's service manual, and they differ by model and year. Guessing a torque spec or a tire pressure is how you strip a thread, lose a wheel, or roll a bead off a rim under load. Look it up, every time.
