Model years are how most people describe a vehicle, and for most vehicles that works. The 2018 Jeep Wrangler is the exception on this site's list. In that single model year Jeep sold both the outgoing JK, produced from 2007 through 2018, and the new JL, which began in 2018 and continues through 2026.
